We always have and continue to offer a FREE PERSONAL PROGRAM on all Memberships of 1 month & over. BUT how about getting yourself booked in for ONE to ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS and receive expert training techniques to help to inspire you and to reach your goals??

(20 € per session + relevant Membership/Short Term Pass Fee).
